The aim is to bring the world of gastronomy, oenology and the products of our Mediterranean culture closer to university students.
Wine has always been a product deeply rooted in our land, so with the seminar and the tasting of wines and cavas from our region we aim to teach how to appreciate the different wines produced in our wineries, opening the participants’ senses to new experiences with this wine culture.
The tapa is a 100% Spanish product and deserves a tribute with a workshop on techniques for handling ingredients, spices and pairings, opening the doors for those present to the world of our country’s gastronomic culture.
The timetable is as follows:
-Day: Thursday 8 May
-Time: 12.30 to 13.45
-Venue: Sala Ximo Mora
