The Information Desk is on the ground floor of the Student Recreation Centre, next to the entrance. It is the first place to go for anything you need: information, bookings, loans and questions about the building.

What you can do here
- Ask for information about the projects, services and activities of the Student Recreation Centre and the UPV Student Council (CEUPV).
- Arrange the booking of a room for work or meetings.
- Borrow equipment: chargers, cables, speakers, a projector and more.
- Borrow a board game or the equipment for the pool table, table football and air hockey.
- Use the television and DVD player in the leisure area.
- Collect the key to the rehearsal and piano room.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 21:00.
Extended hours (weekends or exam periods) are announced on the agenda and on the opening hours page, where you will also find the building’s opening times.

Appointments with poli[Cita]
If you would rather be seen at a fixed time, you can book an appointment through poli[Cita], the UPV appointment system.
- Log in to the UPV Intranet, go to Secretaría Virtual and choose poli[Cita].
- Under Destino (destination) select “Otros” (others).
- Under Tipo de cita (appointment type) choose the Student Recreation Centre option (it may still appear under its former name, “Casa del Alumno”).
- Come at the booked time. We recommend that only the person concerned attends, without companions.
For any question about your appointment, call the Information Desk.
Leisure and games area

Next to the Information Desk is the ground-floor leisure area, an open space where you can eat, chat, work in a group, plug in your laptop, watch television or play board games.
Vending machines for food and drinks and a note-to-coin change machine are also available.
