On 3 March 2026, the university community enjoyed an intense Fallas day around the Student Recreation Centre. The celebration began at noon with an institutional event in which the Falleras Mayores toured the campus accompanied by members of the rector’s management team and representatives of the Student Council, generating a festive atmosphere from the beginning of the day.
The climax came at 12:00 with the mascletà, which brought together many students and university staff. The thunderous sound of gunpowder and the energy of the audience turned the event into a true display of Fallas spirit, filling the surroundings with emotion and tradition.
The initiative, promoted together with the university fallera community, once again highlighted the institution’s commitment to promoting and preserving Valencian customs within the academic sphere.
