The exhibition PUBLIC TACTICS brings together works by Fine Arts students that address very diverse subjects, such as identity built from personal experiences lived in the city of Valencia; the communicational saturation of the mass media; the reclaiming of textile work in art as a craft carried out by women; beauty in the 21st century; or the need to emigrate in times of crisis. Paintings, prints, performances, photographs, installations, posters, videos and ephemeral interventions explore the connections that arise in each personal working process, as well as the different ways in which art can have a particular impact on its audience and, especially, on the public sphere.
From 28 May to 10 June 2015.
Venue: North Hall. First floor. Sala de Grados 1. Casa del Alumno.
