Today, the activity “From reflection to action: towards sustainable fashion” was held at the Student Recreation Centre.

The transition from reflection to action in sustainable fashion involves adopting conscious consumption habits, choosing ethical brands, and prioritising quality over quantity to minimise environmental and social impact. Key actions include applying the “4 Rs” (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Repurpose), opting for second-hand clothing or swapping clothes, and caring for existing garments to extend their lifespan.
