Tothom t\u00e9 dret a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3. Es reconeix la llibertat d&#8217;ensenyament.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2. L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 com a objecte el ple desenvolupament de la personalitat humana en el respecte als principis democr\u00e0tics de conviv\u00e8ncia i als drets i a les llibertats fonamentals.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3. Els poders p\u00fablics garanteixen el dret que assisteix els pares per tal que els fills reben la formaci\u00f3 religiosa i moral que vaja d&#8217;acord amb les seues conviccions. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>4. L&#8217;ensenyament b\u00e0sic \u00e9s obligatori i gratu\u00eft. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>5. Els poders p\u00fablics garanteixen el dret de tots a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, mitjan\u00e7ant una programaci\u00f3 general de l&#8217;ensenyament, amb la participaci\u00f3 efectiva de tots els sectors afectats i la creaci\u00f3 de centres docents.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6. Es reconeix a les persones f\u00edsiques i jur\u00eddiques la llibertat de creaci\u00f3 de centres docents, dins el respecte als principis constitucionals.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>7. Els professors, els pares i, en el seu cas, els alumnes intervindran en el control i en la gesti\u00f3 de tots els centres sostinguts per l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 amb fons p\u00fablics, en els termes que la llei establesca.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>8. Els poders p\u00fablics inspeccionaran i homologaran el sistema educatiu per tal de garantir el compliment de les lleis.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>9. Els poders p\u00fablics ajudaran aquells centres docents que reunesquen els requisits que la llei establesca.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>10. Es reconeix l&#8217;autonomia de les Universitats, en els termes que la llei establesca.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La Casa de l&#8217;Alumne se suma als actes commemoratius del 40 aniversari de la Constituci\u00f3 espanyola sota el lema \u201c40 anys de constituci\u00f3, 40 anys en democr\u00e0cia\u201d i ho fa amb una exposici\u00f3 pensada perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;alumnat puga consultar La Constituci\u00f3 i descobrir diverses edicions d&#8217;aquesta.
