Booking is free for the university community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Available spaces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Centre has meeting rooms, two Salas de Grados (seminar rooms), the Las Peceras rooms, Sala Ximo Mora (prior authorisation required) and the rehearsal room with a piano. You will find a description and photos of each space under <a href=\"\/en\/la-casa\/instalaciones\/\">Facilities<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before booking you can <a href=\"https:\/\/aplicat.upv.es\/reservas-app\/publico\/vistapublica.xhtml?idgrupo=61\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">check room occupancy<svg class=\"icon icon-external ce-new-tab-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\" focusable=\"false\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-width=\"2\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><path d=\"M14 4h6v6M20 4l-9 9M18 14v5a1 1 0 0 1-1 1H5a1 1 0 0 1-1-1V7a1 1 0 0 1 1-1h5\"\/><\/svg><span class=\"screen-reader-text\"> (opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/a> (public view, no login needed; in Spanish and not adapted to mobile screens).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking rules at a glance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Summary of the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Normas_reservas_instalaciones_CA_en.pdf\">facility booking rules (PDF)<\/a>, which apply to every booking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can book at most seven days in advance. Bookings made further ahead are cancelled automatically, even if the app accepts them.<\/li>\n\n<li>A booking lasts seven hours at most, always within the building&#8217;s opening hours.<\/li>\n\n<li>For a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday when the Centre is open, book before 21:00 on the previous Friday.<\/li>\n\n<li>Recurring bookings are not allowed: even if the app accepts them, they are cancelled automatically.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Boardroom (Sala de Juntas) can only be booked by student delegations and Generaci\u00f3n Espont\u00e1nea (GE) groups; the GE Room and the Videoconference Room, only by GE groups. Sala Ximo Mora requires prior authorisation. Las Peceras and the Workshop Room (Sala Taller) can only be booked Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 23:00.<\/li>\n\n<li>Use is free of charge and must be non-profit, donations included, and suited to the type of space (no painting, sawing, etc.). If you need a space for that kind of activity, contact us.<\/li>\n\n<li>Rooms must not be hoarded: this is monitored and sanctioned under the Centre\u2019s regulations.<\/li>\n\n<li>To use the multimedia equipment in Salas de Grados 1 and 2, write \u201cAUTORIZACI\u00d3N ACCESO MUEBLE MULTIMEDIA\u201d (or \u201cMULTIMEDIA FURNITURE ACCESS AUTHORIZATION\u201d, as in the English rules) in the comments field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to book<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the UPV intranet and open the <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.upv.es\/pls\/soalu\/sic_intrages.CargaOpcion?P_FRAME=normal&amp;P_MODO=personal&amp;p_id=11417&amp;p_idioma=c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reserva de salas, aulas y espacios (Monnegre)<svg class=\"icon icon-external ce-new-tab-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\" focusable=\"false\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-width=\"2\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><path d=\"M14 4h6v6M20 4l-9 9M18 14v5a1 1 0 0 1-1 1H5a1 1 0 0 1-1-1V7a1 1 0 0 1 1-1h5\"\/><\/svg><span class=\"screen-reader-text\"> (opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/a> application.<\/li>\n\n<li>Choose the space, the day and the time, and state the purpose of the booking.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Information Desk validates requests Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00.
